So far (at May 3), two different versions of this topic have been reported: a) Describe someone you know who gives help to others b) Describe someone who gave you help. I tend to think it is a).
The words, "in their spare time" mean that you should not talk (much) about what this person does for a job.
The topic of "Help" is often in the test.
