You should say:
who this person is
how you know him or her (= what is your relationship with this person)
what kinds of food they cook
and explain why you think (why you say) this person is so good at cooking.

You should say:
when you (first) saw this work of art
where you saw it
what it looked like
and explain your feelings about this work of art when you first saw it.

You should choose a past stage of your life (or possibly your present stage of life - ask the examiner if that is ok), not a future stage of your life.
The Part 3 questions are very similar to those for Topic # 75, 'A Stage of Your Life' (January 20, 2007). This new topic might be Topic # 75, returning to the test exactly the same as before! See the Notes I wrote for Topic #75.
