The "organizations" or "groups" in this question would include companies or other groups of working people. Obviously the size of these groups would be one cause of communication problems. But there are several other factors such as the purpose of the group or organization, and the degree of homogeneity or otherwise of the members of the group. Give examples of the factors that you talk about.
This question would apply to general (typical) high schools, not vocational high schools.
This is called a "gap year". It is quite popular among some types of young people in the West. They use that year to travel or to get some work experience. This helps some people grow in maturity or helps some people decide what career they want to have in the future.
This question also invites you to talk about career counselling in high schools, and about the topic of the next question, i.e., practical work skills, including how to apply for a job.
There are some good points about migrating for work, especially for the people who do it. But if many well-educated people migrate for work then this results in a "brain drain" from the country they are leaving. It can also result in lost employment opportunities in the country that receives migrant workers. For example, in the U.S. (and other countries), many IT specialists can't find work because cheaper IT workers from India have immigrated, on special work visas, to do the work.
