Part 3

Note: In English, the word "suburbs" refers to those parts of a city that are not part of the "city centre". Sometimes, we have "inner city suburbs", which are those suburbs nearest to the city centre, and we also have "outer suburbs", which are on the outer edges of the city metropolitan area. Unlike in China, English-speakers don't (usually) refer to the countryside area that is just outside a city as "the suburbs" of the city.

Working

Traveling to Work (= "commuting to work")

Companies

Opening a Company

The Location of Workplaces

Government Support for Companies

364.  A Gift You Would Like to Give  (Sept. 3, 2011, or earlier)  (Probably no longer used)

Describe a gift you would like to give to one of your friends.

            You should say:

who you would like to give this gift to

how long you have known this friend

how much time you spend with this friend

what the gift would be (or: "what gift")

and explain why you would like to give this gift to this person.

        .

Notes

            a) "want to" (real) or

            b) "would be happy to" (unreal, hypothetical, subjunctive, 假设的, 虚拟式).

On the other hand, the card might just say, "what gift". If it says that, it gives you the choice of speaking about either a hypothetical desire or speaking about a real plan or strong desire. Just keep you grammar as either "real" or "unreal", don't mix it.
