"Modern technology" could include mant kinds of technology such
as modern medical technology that is used in hospitals, or modern construction
technology. You need to actually mention modern communication
technology such as the internet and smartphones (or just mobile phones) and even
computers themselves that may not be connected to the internet.
For some of these questions you should tell the examiner about what some colours represent in your traditional culture. For example, red simply represents strong passion, especially anger in the West whereas it is used in Chinese culture to represent happiness and is used traditionally at weddings, Chinese New Year etc.
This is not referring to entertainment videos. It is referring to instructional or educational videos.
