Most traditional events are traditional "celebrations", but not all. Celebrations are usually accompanied by feelings of happiness but a traditional event that occurs at someone's funereal, for example, would not be called a "celebration". So, assuming that the word "celebration" was really used in Topic 287, then we see that Topic 287 and this topic are not exactly the same.
