(Feb. 13, 2010) It looks like this Part 2 topic has been retired from the test. People have recently been reporting the topic as simply, "A TV program you enjoyed" and I think a new topic is now being used. See Topic 263.
In contrast to Topic #178, which should be spoken in the past tense, this topic should be spoken in the present tense (一般现在时).
Note that this topic has the words, "and explain what you like or dislike about this program". In other words, this topic seems to have always given you the choice to either talk about a program you like, or talk about a program you dislike.
